1. Who we are

N4AS Builds is Nas's building studio for Minecraft: spawns, maps, terraforming, lobbies and interiors.

2. How to hire us

Every commission is arranged in a ticket from ・📩︲create-order. Anything discussed outside it isn't part of the agreement.

3. Price, deadlines and scope

Agreed individually inside your ticket before work starts. There's no flat rate: it depends on size, complexity and urgency.

4. Payments for commissions

Once the price and scope are agreed in your ticket, we send you a PayPal invoice from our official PayPal Business account (contact@n4asbuilds.com). Only pay invoices sent from that account and announced in your ticket. Never pay anyone who DMs you or asks for payment by other means. We are not responsible for payments made through other channels.

5. Changes during the work

You can request adjustments, but expanding the scope beyond what was agreed may change the price and delivery date. It's discussed in the ticket first.

6. Delivery and ownership

Once delivered and paid, the work is yours to use in your project. You may not resell or redistribute it as your own resource without written permission.

7. Portfolio

We reserve the right to show screenshots of the work in our portfolio and social media. If you'd rather we didn't, say so in the ticket and we'll respect it.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in your ticket (ideas, access, project data) stays between you and the assigned team.

9. Cancellations

Handled case by case inside the ticket, based on the work already done. The specific terms are agreed with you before starting.

10. Record keeping

Every ticket is saved as an HTML transcript when it closes, and you receive your copy by DM. It's the proof of what was agreed, for both sides.

11. Shop purchases

Ready-made products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the receipt and delivers the download. Refunds for shop purchases follow Lemon Squeezy's process. Each product's license is shown on its page before purchase.
