What we collect

• Commission form: project details, budget, deadline, and the contact you choose to give (email and/or Discord username). Optional reference images.
• Shop purchases: they are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your name, email, the product and the amount to record the sale. We never see your card or PayPal details.
• Commission payments: made through PayPal invoices; PayPal shares with us the data needed for the invoice.
• Discord: your Discord user ID, the version of the rules you accepted and when, and ticket transcripts.

Why

To answer and quote your request, deliver your purchases, keep a record of what was agreed, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who can access it

Only the site owner. Data is stored with our hosting provider and is never sold. Lemon Squeezy and PayPal process payments under their own privacy policies.

How long

Commission requests and ticket transcripts: up to 24 months after the last activity. Purchase records: as long as required by tax law.
